Shipping

Under the Live Oaks carefully packs each order with special attention to the age, materials and condition of the piece.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, package size, weight and destination. Multiple-item orders may be combined for shipping when practical and safe to do so.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact Under the Live Oaks within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging materials and any visible damage may be required in order to submit a claim with the carrier.

Please do not discard the packaging or return a damaged item without contacting Under the Live Oaks first.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Under the Live Oaks is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided with the order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select items and destinations. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing an item, please contact Under the Live Oaks before purchasing for shipping availability and a quote.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
