This vintage tin sap bucket features a golden-brown eagle with outstretched wings above a flowing red, white, and blue ribbon, set against a dark ground.
The interior retains its “Hand Decorated by Tom FitzSimons, Manchester, Vermont” label. The decoration is estimated to date to the 1960s, although the bucket itself may be older.
Condition includes scattered paint wear and loss, scratches, surface rust, and dents to the rim. The bottom has two small rust-through holes, as photographed, so it is best suited to decorative use with dried flowers or branches.
